JOB DESCRIPTION
ACC is seeking an Account Director of Brand Integration to lead strategic product placement initiatives across film, television, streaming, and emerging content platforms, with a primary focus on transportation, mobility, and technology brands. This senior role will oversee the full integration lifecycle - from identifying and pitching opportunities, to developing client-ready project overviews and strategic POVs, to managing client review processes and tracking project status through execution and results reporting and metrics measurement upon completion. The Director will ensure alignment with brand objectives while delivering meaningful cultural impact and measurable value.
This role requires an individual who brings established industry relationships while proactively building, expanding, and nurturing new connections across the production ecosystem - including transportation coordinators, picture vehicle departments, producers, studios, networks, showrunners, and creative leadership. The Director will foster long-term partnerships that position our brands as trusted collaborators and first-call partners for high-value opportunities.
While transportation expertise is core to the role, the Director will also support integrations across a diverse portfolio of global brands spanning multiple industries. Paramount to this role is ensuring brand safety and strict adherence to brand guidelines across all placements. The ideal candidate combines deep production knowledge, strong strategic instincts, and the ability to translate brand priorities into authentic, story-driven integrations that resonate within culturally relevant, globally reaching content.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead strategy and execution for transportation-focused product placements, including automotive, mobility technology, and related categories.
- Maintain strong relationships with transportation coordinators, picture vehicle supervisors, production managers, and line producers.
- Educate production teams, transportation departments, and creative stakeholders on proper brand usage, technical capabilities, safety considerations, and technology features to ensure accurate and compliant on-screen representation.
- Identify opportunities early in development to position transportation brands organically within storytelling.
- Oversee vehicle integration logistics, production requirements, and on-set execution.
- Develop and structure offer letters and integration proposals for paid placement opportunities, outlining creative scope, deliverables and usage parameters
- Provide high-level client services support through detailed, professional communications that clearly present placement opportunities, strategic POV, creative rationale, and partnership recommendations aligned with brand objectives.
- Act as a strategic advisor to clients, delivering thoughtful analysis, proactive recommendations, and clear rationale to support decision-making around content integrations and partnership opportunities.
- Develop client-ready materials and communications that translate production realities into actionable insights, ensuring transparency, alignment, and confidence throughout the placement process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to extend placement opportunities to a broader portfolio of brands spanning multiple sectors (beverage, lifestyle, technology, hospitality, etc.), also extending work to prop masters and set decorators
- Proactively expand opportunity pipelines through networking and industry engagement.
QUALIFICATIONS
The ideal candidate will possess the following knowledge, experience, and skill set:
- 6–10+ years experience in brand integration at an agency
- Deep understanding of transportation logistics within film/TV production environments.
- Strong existing relationships with transportation coordinators, producers, studios, or picture vehicle departments.
- Experience structuring and negotiating earned and paid brand integrations.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Ability to operate strategically while executing at a detailed operational level.
- Proficient communicator, highly organized and detail-oriented, keen sense of culture (music, movies, entertainment, trends)
- Preferred automotive OEM, mobility technology, or transportation innovation background.
- Experience working across multiple brand categories and industries.
- Existing relationships with transportation teams, producers, props and art departments
- Deep understanding of production environments, studio development pipelines and production workflows.
- Strong industry instincts and proactive opportunity sourcing.
Salary: $105,000 - $135,000
