The Land Development & Site Work Intern will provide meaningful, project focused administrative support for the Land Development Division for all phases of single family, multi-family, and commercial projects to the organization’s Land Development and Site Work Divisions. The Land Development & Site Work Intern will learn from key division leaders, be involved in day-to-day operations, attend critical team meetings, and complete assignments aligned with their career goals and coursework. Successful candidates may be considered for full-time employment upon completion of the internship.


  

  • Maintain communication with third-party professionals and providers including but not limited to architects, engineers, inspectors, project managers, superintendents, estimators, and field personnel.
  • Assist in the maintenance and organization of all documents, spreadsheets, budgets required by the Land Development Division and organization, including   Check, Purchase Order, and Change Order requests. 
  • Calendar, meeting  and docket management and control; to coordinate meetings schedules with the Land Development Division, agenda preparation, and meeting preparation including file review. 
  • Communication and  coordination of plan review and other various township required items as required on the municipal, county, state, and local level. 
  • Assist the  Division in procurement activities as directed, including utility and site take-off estimates.
  • Complete and  present a final project presentation at the conclusion of the internship, highlighting experience gained, project outcomes, and key organizational  insights.



Requirements

Valid Driver’s License or reliable transportation 

 

2026 or 2027 Graduate Preferred


Coursework in Business, Economics, or Finance & Accounting preferred


Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Word and Excel

Salary Description
$17.00
