Lead Generation Coordinator

Description

As a Lead Generation Coordinator, you will help scale lead generation support for funeral home partners.  The role will include being a central coordinator for multiple channels with direct mail programs and operational support.  You will manage intake, organize requests, coordinate vendors, support the list and campaign setup to help ensure programs move forward accurately and at a high level of partner service.


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate end-to-end execution of lead generation initiatives, including intake, requirements gathering, vendor coordination, approvals, production, and delivery to ensure timely schedules. 
  • Monitor inbound requests across channels, capture requirements, prioritize, and route work to appropriate teams or partners. 
  • Support audience selection and data preparation activities; this includes coordinating list pulls, alignment with criteria, and maintaining data governance guidelines. 
  • Coordinate with printers, mail houses, third parties, and other parties to ensure mail scheduling. 
  • Work with templates to customize partner materials such as logos, headshots, copy edits, and event details to support the experience for funeral homes.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing operations, program coordination, vendor coordination, direct mail operations, or a similar execution-focused role. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Products (Excel, Office, Word) is required. 
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors, managing proofs, and approvals is preferred. 
  • Direct mail experience is preferred; strong supplemental coordination and operational experience is acceptable. 
  • Regulated industry experience is a plus.
