JOB TITLE: Windsor Service Bartender
JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a professional individual who is looking to advance their mixology talent at our Windsor Dining Room service bar. This bar is stocked with a wide variety of wines and spirits. We can service 10 guests to over 300+ during our peak season and holidays. This is a fast paced and high-volume service bar. This position has the potential to create a client base, elevate your fine dining service skills by serving elegant dishes at our 5-seat bar. This position is great for bartenders of different caliber looking for a part time or full-time evening shifts - holidays may vary.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS:
- Tend to all service tickets
- Tend to any patronage at the bar for food and beverage service
- Maintain upkeep of bar area
- Stock all liquor, beer, wine and mixers
- Stock glassware
- Stock napkins, straws, fruit, etc.
- Set up bar for shift and breakdown after shift
AVAILABILITY:
- Must be available weekends and holidays. Occasionally extended hours and night shifts.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be 21 years or older
- Good communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations.
- RAMP Certification required-Employer willing to obtain certification for the right candidate
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to spot and resolve problems efficiently
- Must be able to work in a team.
- Some of the time will be spent working actively including but not limited to bending, stretching, lifting and standing.
PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of liquor, beer, wine, bartending experience, and customer service.
RESPONSIBLE FOR: Keys, cash handing, (Liquor, Beer, Wine) bar inventory.
HAZARDS ENCOUNTERED: Sharp knives can be dangerous if used in a careless manner. Wet or slippery floors and some cleaning chemicals can be hazardous if directions are not followed.
