About the Role
Reporting to the Executive Director, this role will coordinate logistics, maintain master calendars, track engagement systems, and support invoicing. The position is anticipated to run from March through June 2026, with the potential for an extension through November 2026. This role is perfect for a detail-oriented, self-directed professional comfortable working in a remote environment with flexible, volume-based hours.

You are a highly detail-oriented professional with a knack for project coordination and a proactive approach to remote work. You thrive when managing multiple timelines simultaneously and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. You enjoy building systems that keep others organized and are comfortable serving as a primary point of contact for external partners.
What You'll Bring
- Organizational Mastery: You have demonstrated experience with shared documents, spreadsheets, and calendar systems.
- Administrative Precision: You are capable of ensuring all logistics are confirmed in advance and that documentation (including invoicing) is complete.
- Communication Skills: You can facilitate communication effectively between Development, Admin, and Program teams.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience coordinating events or volunteer programs in a nonprofit setting and familiarity with Google Workspace tools are highly valued.

Compensation & Hours
- Compensation: $25 per hour.
