REPORTS TO: Branch Manager
The Assistant Branch Manager will assist the Branch Manager with branch operations, coaching activities, as well as achieving growth and service quality goals, typically in a smaller and/or lower volume office.

- Oversee daily operations of the branch and assist with coaching and developing staff

- Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite and variety of other technology platforms
- Research and resolve customer account discrepancies
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
What You'll Do:
- Coach team members to improve knowledge and skills in operations and relationship management
- Oversee branch operations and ensure audits are satisfactory
- Maintain a professional atmosphere in the branch
- Ensure adherence to bank policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Develop relationships with customers, especially those who have more complex banking needs
- Model relationship management activities for the team including exceptional customer interactions, proactive outreach, and coordination with other business partners
- Ensure security protocols are followed and manage security equipment

Requirements
- College degree preferred or equivalent work experience
- One to two years of experience in a financial institution
- Excellent customer service skills utilized for both internal and external customers
- Strong and positive verbal, and written communication, and supervisory skills
- Strong knowledge of banking regulatory matters and procedures for proper operation
- Ability to work well within a team, in shared roles, with flexible hours, including Saturday
