Description
Responsibilities
- Greet customers upon arrival and direct accordingly.
- Answer and direct incoming calls. Provide customers with company information such as store hours/location, and answer other general inquiries.
- Input customer data into customer management system.
- Accurately follow the process of accepting new inventory in a timely manner.
- Work directly with store management in controlling customer flow.
- Other duties assigned by management.
Requirements
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior Customer Service or Dealership experience is a preferred.
- Must have excellent organizational skills.
- Able to work in a team setting in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook.
- Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
- Reliable and strong work ethic. Professional appearance is necessary.
