What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Greeting and welcoming customers as they arrive at our showroom—you're the first impression!
  • Managing a multi-line phone system and directing calls to the right departments.
  • Answering calls promptly and professionally with a warm, helpful attitude.
  • Operate a multi-line phone system with effectiveness.
  • Supporting our sales consultants and managers with daily tasks to keep things running      smoothly.
  • Keep coffee station stocked and clean
  • Help with other office duties(scanning, mailing, filing)
  • Other job duties assigned by management.

Schedule:

  • Full-Time| 40 Hours/Week
  • Hours: Discussed at interview
  • Pay: Based on experience

Requirements

 What We’re Looking For:

  • A  customer-first mindset
  • Upbeat, personable, and professional attitude
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Strong communication and phone etiquette
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
  • Must have basic computer skills. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus!
