·  Build semantic, standards-based markup optimized for screen readers and assistive technologies.

·  Remediate accessibility issues identified through audits or user feedback.

·  Use tools such as Axe, WAVE, JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, and keyboard-only navigation for accessibility testing.

·  Document accessibility findings and remediation steps.

·  Support creation of VPAT/ACR documentation as needed.

·  Partner with QA teams to ensure accessible design and code are tested throughout the SDLC.

·  Work closely with engineering teams to hand off designs and ensure implementation matches UX intent and accessibility guidelines.

·  Collaborate with product managers to refine requirements and validate user needs.

·  Participate in Agile ceremonies, design reviews, and accessibility reviews.
