Description

We are HALO! We connect people and brands to create unforgettable, meaningful, and lasting experiences that build brand engagement and loyalty for our over 60,000 clients globally. Our nearly 2,000 employees and 1,000 Account Executives located in 40+ sales offices across the United States are the reason HALO is the global leader in branded merchandise, uniform programs, and recognition and incentive solutions.

HALO is looking for a Demand Generation Marketing Manager to execute demand programs that support Business Development, Strategic Accounts, and SMB growth; someone who has built and owned demand programs tied directly to pipeline and sales outcomes, not just campaign execution or lead generation. This role is responsible for turning demand strategy into live campaigns and programs across the customer lifecycle, with a strong focus on activation, targeting, and day-to-day execution.  This is a hands-on role that owns the tactical side of demand generation. You will manage audiences and lists, build and launch campaigns, write and deploy email programs, and partner closely with internal teams to keep demand efforts moving forward efficiently and consistently.

 Responsibilities

Demand Program Execution

  • Execute demand generation programs across lifecycle stages including acquisition, engagement, activation, and      reactivation.
  • Translate demand strategy into live campaigns with clear goals, timelines, and activation plans.
  • Support targeted and account-focused demand initiatives in partnership with Sales.
  • Manage day-to-day execution to ensure programs launch on time and perform as expected.

Audience and List Management

  • Own audience creation, segmentation, and list activation for demand and targeted programs.
  • Translate targeting requirements into usable audiences using approved data and prospecting tools.
  • Apply suppression, deduplication, and governance rules to maintain data quality.
  • Partner with Sales to align audiences with outreach and follow-up efforts.

Campaign and Email Execution

  • Build, launch, and manage email campaigns and lifecycle programs.
  • Write and iterate on email copy within established messaging and brand guidelines.
  • Coordinate with the Digital Designer to ensure campaigns are visually consistent and execution ready.
  • Support testing and optimization of subject lines, messaging, and calls to action.

  Tools, Systems, and Measurement

  • Work within marketing automation and CRM systems to activate and manage demand programs.
  • Use data and performance insights to monitor results and inform improvements.
  • Own campaign reporting and KPI tracking, ensuring leadership has consistent visibility into demand performance and      outcomes.
  • Follow established processes and guardrails to support future scalability and RevOps integration.

Collaboration and Enablement

  • Partner with Sales, Business Development, and internal stakeholders to support demand initiatives.
  • Serve as the execution point for demand programs while maintaining alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Provide feedback and insights from execution to help refine future demand efforts.
Requirements
  •  5+ years of experience in demand marketing, lifecycle marketing, or campaign execution roles.
  • Experience executing campaigns across multiple channels, including email and targeted programs.
  • Hands-on experience creating and managing audiences and lists for marketing activation.
  • Familiarity with data and prospecting tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or comparable platforms.
  • Comfort working within marketing automation, CRM, and analytics environments.
  • Strong written communication skills with experience writing campaign and email copy.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives, prioritize effectively, and execute in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with intent data and buying signal tools and the ability to use those signals to inform audience targeting and campaign activation.
  • Ability to work independently while staying aligned with defined strategy and guardrails.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting account-focused or targeted demand initiatives.
  • Familiarity with experimentation, A/B testing, or optimization frameworks.
  • Experience working closely with Sales or Business Development teams.
  • Background in B2B, branded merchandise, marketing services, or adjacent industries.
  • Curiosity about evolving demand tactics, data usage, and buyer behavior.
