Position Overview

DCM Services is seeking a technically proficient and analytically minded Digital Marketing Specialist to own our digital ecosystem and enhance the performance of our websites, email programs, and digital campaigns. This role blends technical expertise with creative problem-solving, requiring comfort with website code, digital analytics, email template development, webinar execution, and content updates.


The Digital Marketing Specialist serves as the primary technical owner of all marketing web properties, with full autonomy to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Web Analytics & Performance Tracking

  • Manage Google Analytics across all company web properties.
  • Configure tracking for campaigns, events, conversions, and user behavior.
  • Monitor traffic patterns and identify performance trends or issues.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to measure campaign and website performance.
  • Analyze engagement data and make recommendations for optimization.
  • Stay current on platform updates and implement new tracking features.

Website Management & Technical Optimization

  • Serve as the primary technical owner for two Squarespace sites, one WordPress site, and all Pardot landing pages/microsites.
  • Maintain, update, and optimize website functionality, plugins, integrations, and forms.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues (broken links, display problems, system conflicts, etc.).
  • Implement SEO best practices including site speed, schema markup, mobile responsiveness, and metadata.
  • Conduct regular site audits to identify performance or UX issues.
  • Manage backups, security updates, and platform upgrades.
  • Support digital asset consolidation efforts and organize content across platforms.

HTML & Email Template Development

  • Build custom responsive Pardot email templates using HTML and CSS.
  • Troubleshoot rendering issues across devices and email clients.
  • Implement dynamic content and personalization.
  • Maintain a consistent, brand-aligned email template library.

Email Marketing Execution

  • Support the delivery of the company’s Pardot email strategy.
  • Schedule and QA marketing communications to optimize cadence and avoid audience fatigue.
  • Monitor email performance and suggest improvements.
  • Conduct A/B tests to increase open and click-through rates.
  • Manage segmentation and audience targeting.

Webinar Management

  • Own technical setup, rehearsal, execution, and post-event delivery for internal and sales webinars.
  • Manage webinar tools (Teams, Zoom, GoToWebinar or similar).
  • Moderate live sessions, ensuring a smooth experience for presenters and attendees.
  • Prepare and publish recordings for on-demand use.
  • Track attendance, engagement, and performance metrics.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Web Development, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with strong technical responsibilities.
  • Advanced WordPress administration skills.
  • Strong Squarespace platform experience.
  • Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (tracking, reporting, data analysis).
  • Strong HTML/CSS ability and experience coding custom responsive email templates.
  • Experience with Pardot or similar marketing automation platforms.
  • Demonstrated webinar management experience.
  • Solid understanding of SEO principles and web optimization best practices.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • JavaScript experience.
  • Google Analytics certification.
  • Pardot landing page and microsite design experience.
  • Knowledge of WCAG accessibility standards.
  • A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience.
  • Understanding of DNS, hosting, and domain management.
  • Experience with digital asset audits and content consolidation.
  • Video editing capabilities (Adobe Premiere, Camtasia, etc.).
  • Experience managing complex multi-platform digital environments.
