Our company is seeking an Account Executive works in close partnership with the Sales Representative to deliver a seamless sg360° client experience. This role provides excellent internal and external client services ensuring accurate project specifications, timely execution, and proactive communication at every stage.


Key Responsibilities


Client & Project Management

  • Provide outstanding internal and external client service, working in close collaboration with Sales to ensure accurate execution and client satisfaction.
  • Receive and interpret client specifications for RFE/RFP submissions.
  • Coordinate structural design dummies/templates and production schedules per facility.
  • Confirm customer specifications align with proposals and submit pricing packages.
  • Enter and update opportunities in Salesforce.
  • Consolidate and submit order entry documentation (Estimate, PO, Quote).
  • Maintain client job grids and account information in Salesforce and Technique.
  • Participate in pipeline and budget planning with the Sales Representative.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.


Pre-Production & Production Coordination

  • Review order management updates and proactively communicate project status changes.
  • Initiate additional RFEs, schedule updates, and production method adjustments as needed.
  • Facilitate and/or participate in internal pre-production meetings to communicate client requirements and workflow preferences.
  • Respond to production facility inquiries on behalf of the client and Sales Representative.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and strategic partners to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Understand facility-specific process flows to ensure consistent execution from concept through billing.
  • Initiate post-production meetings when necessary.
  • Support and attend customer-facing sales activities and facility visits as needed (travel as needed).


Contract & Compliance

  • Initiate customer contract requests and assist with implementation once awarded.
  • Ensure adherence to negotiated contract requirements (e.g., data destruction, NDA sample distribution).
  • Work with Marketing Services to ensure project costs are captured appropriately.


Invoice Review & Approval

  • Review invoices for accuracy.
  • Structure and approve invoices according to customer requirements (target turnaround: 48–72 hours post-delivery).
  • Resolve billing discrepancies in partnership with the client and Sales Representative.
Requirements

Required Qualifications

  • Strong working knowledge of the direct mail manufacturing process (Digital, Sheetfed, Web/Inline, Lettershop Services).
  • Solid understanding of USPS postal requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, production facilities, and external clients.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and other business systems.
  • Ability to prioritize and execute in a fast-paced environment.

  

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Graphic Arts, Business Administration, or related field).
  • 5+ years of experience in the graphic arts (customer service, sales service, or account support).
  • Experience within direct mail manufacturing strongly preferred.

Salary Description
$85 - $110K commensurate with experience
