We’re currently looking for a Customer Solutions Advisor who loves connecting with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and knows how to turn conversations into lasting customer relationships. This role is all about building trust, re-engaging warm leads, and helping customers say “yes” to solutions that keep their families safe, comfortable, and stress-free. You’ll be the friendly voice that bridges the gap between our customers and technicians — and a key player in our continued growth.

Your Mission:

  • Connect with 60–100 customers per day via phone, email, and text.
  • Confidently close sales over the phone using empathy, urgency, and trust-building.
  • Re-engage unsold leads and recover missed opportunities.
  • Support project managers with closing and follow-up conversations.
  • Handle cancellation requests with professionalism and care.
  • Manage financing and payment collection for your closed deals.s
  • Keep everything organized and documented in ServiceTitan CRM

What Winning Looks Like:

  •  2–2.5 closed deals per week
  • $150K in monthly closed sales
  • All unsold leads contacted within 24 hours
  • Multiple contact attempts across multiple days and channels
  • A growing pipeline and stronger customer relationships every week

  • Tech-savvy and mechanically inclined
  • Familiar with basic financing concepts
  • Experienced in phone-based sales (bonus points if you’ve worked in a high-dial environment)
