Sierra Subaru is searching for a highly-skilled, polished, and professional Internet Sales Manager to lead our high-performing team. Business is better than ever, and we need someone who will keep up with the increasing demand while providing our customers with an extraordinary, best in class experience. We are looking for someone with a great attitude who is self-motivated and enthusiastic. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management including desking deals, strong internet skills, and a desire to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Desk deals for both new and used inventory for internet leads
- Appraise customer vehicles
- Monitor, respond and develop internet leads
- Develop customer relationships with effective and clear communication
- Quote pricing, rates, and inventory availability
- Present and demonstrate inventory
- Receive credit applications (manually and online)
- Maintain CSI, gross average. and monthly units to dealership standards
Requirements
- Must have a minimum of two years Automotive Dealership experience
- Outgoing personality with strength at developing relationships
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Leadership and training skills
- Authorized to work in the USA
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening, MVR, and drug test
- Must have a valid driver’s license
