PART TIME POSIITON
Rental associate will maintain the inspection & cleaning of all Rental equipment. Run cashier register when needed along with other tasks in the Service Shop area. Must be available on the weekends.
Requirements
Responsibilities for Rental Representative
- The employee is frequently required to climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
- Resolve customer complaints, guide them and provide relevant information.
- Verify equipment is delivered as ordered and in a timely manner.
- Demonstrate safe operation of the rental equipment to customers where necessary.
- Communicate with delivery customers to ensure timing coordination with pick-ups/drop-offs.
- Responsible for monitoring the cleaning of all returned Rental equipment
- Remove and install parts, disassemble and assemble components, clean and inspect assemblies with minimal supervision.
- Ensure proper transaction both on delivery and receipt of a rentals.
Qualifications for Rental Representative
- Requires confidence, computer literacy, and creative thinking.
- Strong command of English language and good communication skills.
- Is a professional at all times with strong work ethic and demonstrated business acumen.
- Mechanical knowledge is a Plus
