Pay: $16.00 per hour

What You’ll Do

• Support individuals with personal care (hygiene, dressing, toileting as needed) 
• Ensure safety and well-being throughout the overnight shift 
• Assist with medications following agency policy 
• Complete light housekeeping and prepare for the next day 
• Follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) 
• Document daily notes, behaviors, and any concerns 
• Provide a calm, respectful, and supportive environment 
• Encourage independence and meaningful daily living

 Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred 
• Valid driver’s license (TN, KY, or AL; military exceptions may apply) 
• Ability to read, follow directions, and communicate in writing 
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and maintain a clear MVR 
• Ability to attend and pass all required training 
• TB test within the last 12 months (provided if needed)

 Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, sitting, and the use of hands 
• Occasional bending, kneeling, crouching, or crawling 
• Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations
