Requirements
  • Proven recruiter experience, preferably in senior living or healthcare
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to source talent through various channels
  • Familiarity with ATS and recruitment software
  • Knowledge of employment laws/regulations for the industry
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or equivalent experience required
  • 2+ years managing recruitment/hiring preferred
