Description
Lexington Sporting Club is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Business Intelligence & Analytics Intern to support data-driven decision-making across ticketing, marketing, partnerships, and fan engagement. This role offers hands-on experience transforming raw data into actionable insights that directly impact revenue generation and fan experience strategy. Working closely with the Director of Marketing & Fan Engagement, the intern will assist in building reports, analyzing campaign performance, and contributing insights that support strategic planning across the organization.

What You’ll Do
- Build, maintain, and refine recurring reports and dashboards related to ticket sales, attendance, marketing performance, revenue, and fan engagement
- Analyze campaign performance across email, paid social, website traffic, and ticketing funnels; assist in identifying trends and improvement opportunities
- Support survey analysis and fan feedback reporting, including post-match surveys, theme-night insights, and NPS-style metrics
- Assist with audience segmentation and list analysis to support CRM and email marketing strategy
- Contribute to internal presentations and insight summaries for leadership and cross-functional teams
- Support special projects tied to theme nights, ticket packages, and fan engagement initiatives
- Assist with matchday responsibilities as needed to support overall game-day operations and fan experience
Work Environment
- Professional office setting within a fast-paced sports organization
- Occasional matchday responsibilities, high-energy setting during events, often with large crowds, exposure to loud noise levels from fans, music, and stadium announcements
- Frequent standing, walking, and lifting of equipment (up to 25 pounds)
- Indoor and outdoor work locations depending on location (weather exposure may apply)
- Team-oriented atmosphere with frequent interaction with customers and coworkers
- Required to maintain a clean, professional appearance
- Event-based scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Requirements
- Current college student pursuing Business Analytics, Data Analytics, Economics, Marketing, Finance, Information Systems, or related fields
- Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, data cleaning, basic visualization)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret trends and summarize findings clearly
- Comfortable working with large data sets and multiple reporting sources
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability for evenings and weekends during match season
