Description

Role Overview

The Marketing Manager is responsible for managing LifeCare’s marketing efforts across all brands, locations, and service lines. This role provides enterprise-level ownership of digital platforms, vendor relationships, and performance strategy, ensuring consistency, efficiency, and scalability as the organization grows. Additionally, the role includes management and oversight of LifeCare’s external image and marketing assets including collateral, advertising and company store.


Core Responsibilities

Marketing Resource Development and Management

  • Develop and manage the collateral resource library.
  • Oversee the collateral and promotional item store.
  • Oversee advertising materials and development.
  • Develop and manage a library of consistent logo materials including power points, letterhead and email signatures.

Enterprise Digital Ownership

  • Manage and oversee all digital marketing assets across the LifeCare enterprise, including websites, domains, hosting environments, social media accounts, and Google Business Profiles.
  • Maintain a secure, organized, and scalable digital infrastructure that supports current operations and future growth.
  • Serve as the central point of accountability for digital access, structure, and governance.

Website, UX, and Digital Platforms

  • Develop and manage website strategy, design, development, UX, SEO, SEM, and performance optimization across all brands.
  • Ensure digital experiences align with brand standards and support lead generation, recruitment, and operational goals.
  • Oversee domain and hosting strategy, including renewals, inventory, and consolidation where appropriate.

Vendor & Partner Management

  • Manage and provide strategic oversight to all marketing and digital vendors across the organization.
  • Evaluate, onboard, manage, and rationalize vendors to ensure quality, cost-efficiency, and alignment with LifeCare’s strategy.
  • Coordinate procurement-related decisions in partnership with leadership and finance when needed.

Digital Performance & Analytics

  • Provide digital performance measurement reporting across all brands, including traffic, conversions, paid media, SEO, and platform health.
  • Establish clear reporting and insights to support leadership decision-making.
  • Ensure data integrity and transparency across all marketing reporting.

Mergers, Acquisitions & Growth

  • Provide leadership and management of the marketing asset portion of acquisitions, including website transitions, domain strategy, vendor assessment, and platform integration.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of newly acquired brands into LifeCare’s digital ecosystem.
  • Provide support for any name changes or brand refresh needs.
  • Import resources into the company store and provide any needed resources to improve tools to company standards.

De Novo Support

  • Provide marketing support for DeNovo teams with digital implementation tools, launch kit support and both field-based and social media marketing resources.
Requirements

Tools & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a related field required
  • Master’s degree preferred
  • Three plus years of experience in marketing resource management.
  • Three plus years of experience with WordPress (including multisite), domains and DNS, hosting platforms, SEO/SEM tools, analytics platforms, social media management, CRM and email systems, UX best practices, and digital security
  • Experience managing agencies, freelancers, and marketing vendors across multiple brands
  • Relevant certifications (Google, Meta, SEO, analytics, AI/automation) preferred
