We are seeking a skilled CRM Data Integration Specialist to manage and optimize the flow of data between our CRM platform and other business systems. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in data integration, ETL processes, and API connectivity, along with a deep understanding of CRM data structures. This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility across the organization, enabling better customer insights and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain data integration solutions between the CRM system and other enterprise applications.
- Implement ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into the CRM from various sources.
- Configure and manage API connections, middleware, and integration tools to facilitate seamless data exchange.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver integration solutions that meet business needs.
- Monitor and troubleshoot data integration workflows to ensure reliability and performance.
- Maintain data quality by implementing validation rules, deduplication processes, and error handling mechanisms.
- Document integration processes, data mappings, and workflows for future reference.
- Ensure compliance with data governance, privacy, and security standards.
- Stay updated on CRM platform capabilities, integration technologies, and industry best practices.

- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proven experience in CRM data integration, data engineering, or similar role.
- Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, HubSpot) and their integration capabilities.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and data transformation techniques.
- Experience with ETL tools (e.g., Talend, Informatica, Azure Data Factory) and API integration.
- Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms and middleware solutions.
- Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript) for automation.
- Understanding of data warehousing concepts and BI tools.
- Knowledge of real-time data streaming and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and version control systems (e.g., Git).
