We are hiring full-time Learning Consultants to support adults with developmental disabilities in our adult day program. If you are compassionate, dependable, and enjoy helping others grow, this could be the perfect fit.

What You’ll Do

As a Learning Consultant, you will:

  • Support a small caseload of 1–6 adults in building independence and life skills
  • Plan engaging activities based on each person’s interests and goals
  • Teach and model social skills and positive behaviors
  • Assist with personal care when needed (feeding, hygiene, mobility support)
  • Provide opportunities for community outings, volunteer work, and recreation
  • Track progress and complete simple daily documentation

You won’t just supervise — you’ll coach, encourage, and celebrate growth.

  • Patient and people-oriented
  • Reliable and organized
  • Comfortable working both independently and on a team
  • Physically able to assist adult individuals as needed
  • A safe driver with a clean record
  • Comfortable using basic computer systems for documentation

High school diploma or GED required. Experience supporting individuals with disabilities is a plus, but we will train the right candidate.
