About the Opportunity
Entech is a fast-growing, B2B-focused organization seeking a strategic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and brand strategy initiatives. This role is responsible for building and executing marketing programs that directly support revenue growth, market expansion, and partner/channel engagement.
The ideal candidate combines high-level strategic thinking with hands-on execution, thrives in a performance-driven environment, and understands how to translate business objectives into measurable marketing outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with company growth objectives
- Drive qualified lead generation to support partner/channel recruitment and revenue teams
- Lead integrated digital campaigns from strategy through execution and optimization
- Design and implement account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives
- Build audience personas and translate insights into compelling content and campaign assets
- Manage performance marketing channels including SEO, SEM, paid search, social media, email marketing, programmatic advertising, and conversion optimization
- Oversee marketing budgets and ensure strong ROI across campaigns
- Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to measure performance and drive data-informed decisions
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and leadership teams to align messaging and growth initiatives
- Analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For
- Required experience in HubSpot and HubSpot for Marketers Professional.
- Required experience building website and landing pages in HubSpot.
- Proven success in B2B marketing and demand generation
- Demonstrated ability to build strategy and execute at a tactical level
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems and marketing technology platforms
- Experience developing content strategies that align with ABM and revenue goals
- Analytical mindset with comfort interpreting data from multiple sources
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident decision-maker with strong collaboration and leadership skills
