Job Summary

The Program Marketing Manager leads the strategy, execution, and optimization of partner, digital, and integrated marketing programs that drive awareness, demand, and adoption of DecisionPoint’s portfolio. This role works cross functionally across partner, product, sales, and content teams to deliver high-impact marketing initiatives and measurable business results.

Primary Job Responsibilities 


Partner Activation and Engagement

  • Lead the planning, design, and end to end execution of channel marketing programs, including project milestones, budgeting, and resource alignment. 
  • Develop and execute joint marketing programs with distributors and ecosystem partners to drive awareness, lead generation, and enhance DecisionPoint’s portfolio offering and brand awareness.
  • Support the strategic allocation of Marketing Development Funds (MDF), ensuring alignment with partner business objectives, compliance requirements, and measurable ROI. 
  • Build and maintain strong partner relationships to support ongoing collaboration and joint marketing success.


Growth Marketing

  • Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, partner, and field channels to support pipeline growth and customer engagement. 
  • Produce content to support campaign activity, including email nurtures, social media posts, and marketing assets. 
  • Plan and manage promotional moments and social efforts tied to product launches, partner initiatives, or field marketing events. 
  • Oversee end to end event logistics, including planning, scheduling, vendor coordination, and post event follow up. 
  • Partner with portfolio marketing to produce blogs, case studies, social content, and other promotional materials.

Digital Marketing

  • Design and execute digital first marketing programs—such as webinars, email campaigns, paid and organic social, and digital advertising—focused on driving targeted engagement and measurable online performance.
  • Manage content for partner related website pages and announcements, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and high engagement. 
  • Support brand consistency across external partner websites by providing updated content, messaging, and resources.


Cross-Functional Collaboration & Reporting

  • Partner closely with content, sales, operations, and product teams to deliver integrated marketing outcomes.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and post campaign analyses to measure performance and communicate results to internal and partner stakeholders. 
  • Maintain strong communication across teams to ensure program visibility, alignment, and successful execution.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), project management tools (Asana, Trello, Jira, etc.), and familiarity with CRM/ Automation tools (Salesforce, HUBspot or related platforms). 
  • Ability to travel up to 20% overnight as required for events, meetings, and industry conferences. Frequent travel outside the local area and overnight. Some occasional local day travel may be necessary.
  • A bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 
  • 5 years of experience in marketing coordination, marketing support, or project management role. 


Environment and Normal Working Conditions

Office environment. Core business hours are generally 8:00 am – 5:00 pm. However, this position will/may require work to be performed outside of normal business hours based on Company operations. 


Physical Requirements

Primary functions require sufficient physical ability and mobility to work in an office setting including verbally communicating, seeing and hearing to exchange information and fine coordination including use of a computer keyboard. Daily physical functions may include standing, sitting and walking for prolonged periods of time and occasionally stooping, bending, kneeling, crouching, reaching, and twisting. The employee may engage in lifting, carrying, pushing, and pulling light to moderate amounts of weight up to 25 pounds. The position also requires the operation of office equipment requiring repetitive hand movement.

Salary Description
$70,000-$85,000
