Description
Responsibilities:
- Own day to day operational execution across multiple business lines, including Sales and Support
- Lead and develop large teams (historical experience managing 100+ headcount)
- Build operating rhythms and performance management systems (weekly scorecards pipeline hygiene, QA/coaching loops, capacity planning)
- Partner closely with the BU Head to translate strategy into execution, and remove operational bottlenecks
- Implement and continuously improve and AI native sales operations stack (tools, workflows, automation, enablement)
Qualifications
- More than 5 years of relevant leadership experience
- Proven experience managing 100+ headcount
- Experience overseeing sales+support operations and multipole business lines
- Manila based with strong cross functional collaboration skills
Preference:
- Strong background in selling unto the US Market, or operating within US companies, preferably software or AI companies
- Demonstrate track record driving outcomes in the US market (pipeline, booking, retention, CSAT)
