Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own day to day operational execution across multiple business lines, including Sales and Support
  • Lead and develop large teams (historical experience managing 100+ headcount)
  • Build operating rhythms and performance management systems (weekly scorecards pipeline hygiene, QA/coaching loops, capacity planning)
  • Partner closely with the BU Head to translate strategy into execution, and remove operational bottlenecks
  • Implement and continuously improve and AI native sales operations stack (tools, workflows, automation, enablement)

Qualifications

  • More than 5 years of relevant leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing 100+ headcount
  • Experience overseeing sales+support operations and multipole business lines
  • Manila based with strong cross functional collaboration skills

Preference:

  • Strong background in selling unto the US Market, or operating within US companies, preferably software or AI companies
  • Demonstrate track record driving outcomes in the US market (pipeline, booking, retention, CSAT)
