Description

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day operational execution across multiple business lines, including Sales and Support
  • Lead and develop large teams (historical experience managing 100+ headcount)
  • Build operating rhythms and performance management systems (weekly scorecards, pipeline hygiene, QA/coaching loops, capacity planning)
  • Partner closely with the BU Head to translate strategy into execution, and remove operational bottlenecks)
  • Implement and continuously improve an AI-native sales operations stack (tools, workflows, automation, enablement)

Requirement:

  • More than 5 years of relevant leadership experience
  • Proven experience managing 100+ person teams
  • Experience overseeing sales+support operations and multiple business lines
  • Based in Manila (or able to work Manila hours) with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
Requirements

1. Strong background in selling into the US market or operating within US companies, preferably software or AI companies

2. Demonstrate track record driving outcomes in the US marker (pipeline, bookings, retention, CSAT)

3. Fluent usage of an AI- native sales tech stack

4. A passionate sales leader with strong coaching and execution discipline

5. Proven track record operating in the US market
