The Senior Program Manager, myTrack Client Migration will lead the strategic transition of existing Track clients to the next-generation myTrack platform. This role owns the design, optimization, scheduling, and execution of a multi-year migration program targeting approximately 45 client transitions by mid-2029. 

This is a highly visible, cross-functional leadership role responsible for protecting revenue, minimizing churn risk, accelerating modernization, and building a scalable migration engine. The Senior Program Manager will oversee a portfolio of concurrent enterprise migrations while establishing the frameworks, governance, KPIs, and automation required to scale predictably. 

This position sits at the intersection of Services, Product, Engineering, and Account Management and requires strong program leadership, technical fluency, and executive-level client engagement experience. Management Controls Inc. is headquartered in Houston, Texas. This position is preferred in Houston, Texas but is also open to remote candidates outside of the Houston, Texas area that reside within the continental US. This position is not eligible for sponsorship or relocation.

The migration from Track to myTrack is a critical strategic initiative that impacts revenue growth, operational scalability, and client satisfaction. The Senior Program Manager will build the modernization engine that enables predictable execution across approximately 45 client transitions by mid-2029. 

This role is foundational to accelerating platform adoption while protecting long-term client relationships and margin performance.

 

Duties and Responsibilities 

Program Strategy & Roadmap Ownership 

  • Develop and maintain a multi-year migration roadmap to transition ~45 clients by mid-2029 
  • Define migration sequencing based on client complexity, contractual commitments, capacity, and revenue impact 
  • Establish migration tiers (standard, moderate, complex) with defined playbooks and delivery models 
  • Build a repeatable, scalable migration framework that reduces cycle time and delivery variance 

Portfolio & Execution Leadership 

  • Own a portfolio of concurrent client migration programs 
  • Create and manage detailed program plans, milestones, and resource allocations 
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Implementation, Managed Services, Product, Engineering, and Sales 
  • Drive disciplined risk management and proactive issue resolution 
  • Ensure migrations are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned to margin targets 

Client & Stakeholder Management 

  • Serve as program lead for enterprise client migrations 
  • Lead executive stakeholder discussions and governance meetings 
  • Support change management planning and client readiness activities 
  • Partner with Account Management to protect ARR and position modernization as value expansion 

Technical & Operational Oversight 

  • Develop strong understanding of Track and myTrack architecture, integrations, and data structures 
  • Oversee data migration strategy, validation, and cutover planning 
  • Identify and drive automation opportunities in reporting, testing, and deployment 
  • Establish dashboards and reporting frameworks for executive visibility 

Metrics & Continuous Improvement 

  • Define and monitor KPIs such as: 
  • Migration cycle time 
  • Cost per migration 
  • Resource utilization 
  • ARR acceleration 
  • Churn impact 
  • Margin contribution 
  • Lead post-migration retrospectives and continuous optimization efforts 
  • Improve scalability and reduce friction in the migration lifecycle 

Metrics for Success 

  • Establish and socialize a standardized migration methodology 
  • Launch executive-level portfolio dashboard with clear KPIs 
  • Reduce migration cycle time through process optimization and automation 
  • Successfully deliver initial wave of client migrations with high client satisfaction 
  • Develop a forward-looking sequencing model aligned to capacity and revenue targets 
  • Create a repeatable operating rhythm across cross-functional stakeholders 
Requirements

 

  • 8+ years of experience in program management, transformation leadership, or enterprise consulting 
  • 5+ years leading complex, multi-client enterprise programs 
  • Proven experience managing platform migrations, SaaS implementations, or modernization initiatives 
  • Strong technical fluency (SaaS platforms, integrations, data migration concepts) 
  • Demonstrated ability to build scalable frameworks, not just manage projects 
  • Executive stakeholder management experience 
  • Strong financial acumen with understanding of revenue, margin, and resource planning 
  • Experience working cross-functionally without direct authority 

Preferred Qualifications 

  • Experience in software upgrade modernization programs 
  • Background in enterprise SaaS or consulting environments 
  • Experience building PMO or transformation governance structures 
  • Familiarity with automation tools, workflow optimization, and dashboard reporting
