Human Resources

· Serve as backup HRIS administrator, making updates to staff profiles as requested by the Manager of People and Administration

· Create and launch employee satisfaction surveys

· Participate in committee initiatives as needed

· Provide support to the Office Coordinator for employee tracking as needed

· Other duties as assigned

Accounting

  • Accounts Payable
  • Filing

Special Projects

  • Gather all information to set ACH payments up through the banking system currently in place.
  • Work with existing and new vendors for terms concerning payments.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

· Bachelor’s degree in progress (accounting, finance, business, human resources, or nonprofit management preferred)

· Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with program participants, parents/guardians, and professionals 

· Strong emotional intelligence and ability to display good judgement and professional behavior

· Regular, punctual attendance and attention to all responsibilities 

· Confidentiality in dealing with participant and organizational information

· Ability to follow directions, guidelines, and policies/procedures

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant technology (Google Docs, Canva, and Adobe)

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:

This position requires the ability to operate phones, computers, and other office equipment, and the physical ability to perform light lifting. Work is typically performed in an office, in the community, or classroom setting, and may involve standing, stooping, bending, and walking. However, the agency will make accommodations when necessary. This person may be required to travel to various locations throughout Tarrant County. Generally, the working conditions have little or no exposure to extremes in safety hazards or hazardous materials.

Salary Description
$500 per semester
