We’re looking for an experienced Finance & Insurance Manager who can deliver a great customer experience while maximizing profitability in our F&I department. This role is about more than numbers—it’s about helping customers protect their investment and creating a smooth, enjoyable vehicle purchase experience.

Responsibilities
- Present financing and protection options to customers in a clear, professional manner
- Help customers choose products that protect their vehicle and ownership experience
- Maintain strong lender relationships to secure the best financing options
- Submit deals electronically and ensure all paperwork meets lender and DMV requirements
- Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth and accurate transactions
- Track deal receivables and ensure contracts are funded in a timely manner
Qualifications
- 2+ years of dealership F&I experience required
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
- Comfortable with dealership software and computer systems
- Valid driver’s license
