Our company is seeking an experienced Epicor Prophet 21 (P21) professional to help us fully leverage our ERP system as we continue to grow.
This role will serve as the internal subject matter expert for Epicor Prophet 21 and will work directly with the President to evaluate how the system is currently used, identify opportunities for improvement, and optimize system configuration, workflows, and reporting.
This is not a general IT role or a basic system user position. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience working deeply within Prophet 21 who enjoys analyzing systems, improving processes, and building solutions that help an organization operate more efficiently.
The ideal candidate is highly analytical, naturally curious, and detail-oriented. This person will regularly review how employees interact with the system, identify inconsistencies or inefficiencies, and implement improvements that support accurate data and strong, consistent operational processes.
• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience configuring, optimizing, or administering Epicor Prophet 21 in an operational environment
• Experience working with ERP systems in distribution, supply chain, or operations environments
• Demonstrated ability to evaluate system workflows and implement process improvements
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Ability to train and support employees across departments on proper system usage
