About the Role

The Maintenance Dispatcher ensures all preventive maintenance services are properly scheduled, dispatched, and closed out. This role supports the service team, helps maintain contract accuracy, and assists with paperwork, timesheets, and reports.

Schedule

• Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
• Every third week: Saturday shift (8:00 AM–4:00 PM) with one weekday off
• Reports to the Service Manager and Parts Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule and dispatch maintenance services
• Communicate with technicians, customers, and internal teams
• Process timesheets, GPS reports, and maintenance invoices
• Confirm next-day PM appointments
• Run monthly and weekly maintenance reports
• Assist with customer inquiries and phone support

Qualifications

• 40+ WPM typing; basic Outlook, Excel, Word
• Strong communication skills
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with TMS or data processing is a plus
