We are seeking a part-time or full-time seasonal Inside Sales Assistant to join our Stagestep team for the summer months at our Philadelphia office.

This Inside Sales Assistant will assist in preparing quotes for dance flooring systems. This position will help submit and track orders and follow up as needed to ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities include:

• Provide assistance to dance professionals, professional and home studio owners, teachers, architects,and designers to help them select appropriate dance floor systems.
• Recommend customized product solutions.
• Prepare detailed quotes for dance floor systems, including product specifications, and delivery options.
• Process orders efficiently using software, referencing current price lists and product literature.
• Learn about products by participating in training sessions, referencing literature and online tools.
• Assist the team with customer follow up and projects as needed.
• Contribute to process improvements by identifying inefficiencies and recommending solutions.

 Requirements include:

• High School diploma. Associate’s degree or equivalent education and experience preferred.
• Sales and/or customer service experience and skills
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, strong computer experience, ERP experience helpful
• Prioritization and organizational skills.

Pay: $20.00 per hour
Part -Time: Monday – Thursday (up to 30 hours weekly) OR Full -Time: Monday – Friday

After initial training period, HYBRID is available for up to 2 days working from home.

Offer will be contingent upon successful completion of a preemployment background check and drug screen.
