POSITION OVERVIEW:
This position holds responsibility to Develop and lead MicroCare’s marketing strategy to drive profitable growth, digital acceleration, brand leadership, and new product commercialization.
This role owns corporate wide marketing strategy, digital demand generation, and product positioning across business units, ensuring alignment with revenue targets, innovation priorities, and growth objectives.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead the development and execution of an enterprise-wide marketing and digital growth strategy that supports revenue and margin goals across domestic and international business units through a collaborative process.
- Own demand generation strategy ensuring measurable revenue impact.
- Lead digital marketing infrastructure including web, search, automation, CRM integration, and analytics.
- Partner closely with Sales on near term growth and pipeline support and improve lead quality, conversion and account penetration.
- Own product positioning, value propositions, and go to market strategy for new product introductions.
- Translate Voice of Customer (VOC) and market intelligence into differentiated competitive positioning.
- Lead and develop marketing talent while fostering a performance driven culture.
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on market trends, competitive dynamics, and growth opportunities.
- Establish marketing KPIs tied directly to revenue, pipeline velocity, customer acquisition cost, and ROI.
- Manage marketing budget allocation and investment optimization.
- Manage external agencies and digital technology partners.
- Other duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES/EXPERIENCE:
- Strong B2B digital marketing and demand generation expertise
- Demonstrated track record of driving measurable revenue and pipeline growth
- Strong financial acumen including budget ownership and ROI analysis
- Experience aligning marketing strategy with sales execution
- Deep understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and analytics platforms
- Executive presence with ability to influence cross functional and senior leaders
- Experience in industrial, manufacturing, healthcare, electronics, or regulated markets preferred
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

- MBA in Marketing, Business, or related field required
- 12 + years of progressive marketing experience in B2B environments, with 3-5 years in a managerial capacity
- 7 + years in a marketing leadership role with direct accountability for revenue impact
- Demonstrated experience leading digital transformation or demand generation strategy
- Proven success managing marketing budgets and linking that spend to business outcomes
- Ability to travel to other sites, tradeshows or board meetings
