About DMS

Digital Media Solutions is a performance-driven digital marketing company that connects consumers and brands through data, technology, and proprietary media platforms. Our systems power high-volume consumer acquisition across multiple verticals, processing large-scale traffic and real-time decisioning in dynamic market environments.

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Platform Product Manager who can identify operational workflows worth automating, build the roadmap to improve them, and drive implementation across teams.

In this role, you’ll work closely with internal business owners and operations teams to understand how work happens today, where decisions are manual, and where systems can improve speed and efficiency.

You will translate these opportunities into product requirements, automation workflows, and AI-enabled decision systems that improve performance across our marketing marketplace.

The ideal candidate has experience in performance marketing, lead generation, or marketplace-based businesses and can turn operational insights into scalable product capabilities.

Why Join DMS?

At DMS, our platforms power millions of consumer interactions and real-time marketing decisions every day. We operate at the intersection of performance marketing, data, and large-scale decision systems that directly impact revenue across the business.

We’re making a major investment in AI-driven automation and smarter operational systems. In this role, you’ll identify where manual processes slow the business down and build intelligent solutions that help teams move faster and make better decisions.

You’ll work closely with operations leaders, engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver automation that improves efficiency, unlocks new opportunities, and drives measurable impact.

If you enjoy solving complex operational problems, building systems that scale, and seeing your work directly improve how a business runs, this role offers meaningful ownership and visibility across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Automation Roadmap & Product Strategy

  • Own the roadmap for automation and operational system improvements across the business.
  • Build and maintain a prioritized backlog of workflows based on business impact, frequency, and implementation effort.
  • Identify opportunities to automate decisions and processes that currently rely on manual analysis or operational monitoring.
  • Ensure roadmap priorities reflect real business impact and measurable operational improvements.

Workflow Discovery & AI Automation

  • Partner closely with operations teams and business owners to understand how work actually gets done.
  • Identify manual workflows, slow feedback loops, and operational bottlenecks that could be improved through automation or better systems.
  • Translate operational insights into product requirements, automation workflows, and AI-enabled decision systems.

Define use cases such as:

  • Recommendation workflows
  • Demand gap analysis
  • Source or traffic scoring
  • Bid or pricing automation
  • Operational intelligence reporting

Product Delivery & System Improvements

  • Work with engineering to design and deliver automation capabilities that integrate with existing systems and data pipelines.
  • Measure the effectiveness of delivered solutions by tracking reductions in manual effort and improvements in performance.
  • When improvements require new data capabilities or APIs, define requirements and partner with the appropriate teams to ensure delivery.
