Vice President of Quality
Description


Life Care Home Health Family is seeking a Vice President of Clinical Quality to provide executive leadership for clinical quality, patient safety, and regulatory performance across our organization. This role is ideal for a clinically grounded leader who can translate quality strategy into measurable improvements in outcomes, safety, and regulatory readiness.


The VP of Clinical Quality plays a critical role in:

  • Advancing safe, high-reliability clinical care
  • Strengthening regulatory and accreditation performance
  • Partnering with physicians, nurses, and leaders to improve outcomes
  • Building a culture where quality and safety are everyone’s responsibility

What You’ll Do

  • Lead enterprise-wide clinical quality and patient safety strategy
  • Oversee regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, and survey execution
  • Drive data-driven clinical performance improvement initiatives
  • Partner with Medical Staff, Nursing, Operations, and Executive Leadership
  • Provide executive and board-level reporting on quality and safety outcomes
  • Build and develop high-performing clinical quality and patient safety teams




Requirements

 

What We’re Looking For

  • Licensed clinical professional (RN or equivalent)
  • 10+ years of progressive clinical quality or patient safety leadership
  • Deep knowledge of CMS, Joint Commission, and clinical regulatory standards
  • Proven ability to influence physicians and clinical leaders
  • Strong executive presence with a collaborative leadership style
  • Master’s degree preferred (MSN, MHA, MPH, MBA); CPHQ a plus
