Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all Red Bull on Premise business, across all 6 branches.
- Manage and set goals for on Premise team to achieve reach targets.
- Work with RBNA to budget and implement incentive programs to achieve goals in each market.
- Responsible for the execution of all local and national mandated activity.
- Responsible for increasing and maintaining RBNA VIP activity in each market.
- Work with on premise managers and sales reps to train and develop individuals, programing, and activity.
- Ensure strategies and activities are consistent to RBNA guidelines.
- Allocate resources to achieve the highest return on investment while ensuring we improve relevance of our product in the on-premise market.
- Monitor market trends and maintain data on competition.
- Be an expert in measuring and analyzing standardizing reports and demonstrate a proficiency in reporting systems.
- Partner with RBNA to secure an excellent, smart, and efficient coverage of the area by the team of Musketeers and Non-Commercial Account Managers.
- Build relationship with key on premise partners with assigned area.
- Ensure on premise events approach is following RBNA standards and that we are targeting the events that matter most to driving trial, building relevance, and sales.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- 3+ years demonstrated experience working within the on-premises industry (Beverage and multi-location experience preferred).
- Experience with markets, sales and distribution, consumer behavior and competitor activity.
- Teach and coach others to sell in the on-premises channel.
- Analyze and leverage data to drive insights to action.
- Proficient in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
- Proficient in Microsoft power point (build presentations from scratch).
- Valid Driver's License.
Language Requirements: Fluent in English, Bilingual Spanish preferred
