NA Brand Manager - Red Bull, On Premise

Description

Responsibilities: 

  • Oversee all Red Bull on Premise business, across all 6 branches.
  • Manage and set goals for on Premise team to achieve reach targets.
  • Work with RBNA to budget and implement incentive programs to achieve goals in each market.
  • Responsible for the execution of all local and national mandated activity.
  • Responsible for increasing and maintaining RBNA VIP activity in each market.
  • Work with on premise managers and sales reps to train and develop individuals, programing, and activity.
  • Ensure strategies and activities are consistent to RBNA guidelines.
  • Allocate resources to achieve the highest return on investment while ensuring we improve relevance of our product in the on-premise market.
  • Monitor market trends and maintain data on competition.
  • Be an expert in measuring and analyzing standardizing reports and demonstrate a proficiency in reporting systems.
  • Partner with RBNA to secure an excellent, smart, and efficient coverage of the area by the team of Musketeers and Non-Commercial Account Managers.
  • Build relationship with key on premise partners with assigned area.
  • Ensure on premise events approach is following RBNA standards and that we are targeting the events that matter most to driving trial, building relevance, and sales.
Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years demonstrated experience working within the on-premises industry (Beverage and multi-location experience preferred).
  • Experience with markets, sales and distribution, consumer behavior and competitor activity.
  • Teach and coach others to sell in the on-premises channel.
  • Analyze and leverage data to drive insights to action.
  • Proficient in Microsoft excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets).
  • Proficient in Microsoft power point (build presentations from scratch).
  • Valid Driver's License.

Language Requirements: Fluent in English, Bilingual Spanish preferred
