Job Overview
Responsible for providing Currance Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), accounts receivable follow up, training to new employees, including retraining as needed. Develop training materials, review HealthStream courses and work with Human Capital training team to identify courses for new employees to take. Develop, deliver, and maintain training programs, job aids, and other materials for new hires and existing team members on all systems used (including delivering any system changes/upgrades). Assist other trainers in the development of all new and existing team members, as needed.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct classroom and virtual training.
- Complete special project needs as requested.
- Develop educational resources, user guides and job aids (training docs/PPP, checklists, quizzes/test, etc.).
- Review of Client folders in SharePoint – videos, job aids, manuals, etc.
- Identify, create, implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures.
- Partner with department leaders to assess post-training development needs for all team members.
- Partner with Currance leadership on operations workflow needs to identify and create training materials.
- Responsible for starting the process for payor portal access with new hires.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Backup to the systems trainer for access and client systems training
Position Requirements & Qualifications
- 3 years of experience training individuals on accounts receivable process and host systems for healthcare revenue cycles.
- Knowledge of hospital and physician revenue cycle operations.
- Experience using a variety of host systems and provider portals (EPIC, Cerner, Allscripts, Meditech etc.)
- Artiva system experience preferred.
