We are seeking a Marketing Manager for KSS
Kanawha Scales & Systems (KSS) is seeking a Marketing Manager to support the continued growth of our industrial weighing, measurement, and service solutions across the United States.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth across our regions. You will work closely with sales leadership, operations, and corporate teams to promote our products and services while strengthening KSS’s presence in key markets.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B or industrial marketing, with the ability to manage campaigns, support digital and traditional marketing initiatives, and help position KSS as a leader in industrial weighing and measurement solutions.

This role will support marketing initiatives across multiple regions while collaborating closely with branch leadership and sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company growth goals
- Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing marketing team
- Establish KPIs and track performance metrics across all marketing channels
- Manage marketing budget and vendor relationships
Lead Generation & Demand Creation
- Own and optimize lead generation across digital and traditional channels
- Develop campaigns to increase qualified inbound leads
- Partner with sales to improve lead quality and conversion rates
- Implement marketing automation and CRM tracking processes Digital Marketing & Search Visibility
- Oversee SEO strategy to improve Google search rankings
- Manage paid search (Google Ads), retargeting, and PPC campaigns
- Optimize website performance, landing pages, and conversion funnels
- Monitor analytics and continuously improve ROI
Content & Brand Development
- Lead creation of blogs, email campaigns, case studies, white papers, and social media content
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms
- Develop thought leadership initiatives and content calendars
- Oversee graphic design and creative assets
Print & Offline Marketing
- Develop brochures, sales sheets, trade show materials, and direct mail campaigns
- Coordinate print production and vendor relationships
- Ensure brand consistency across physical materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ years of marketing experience with leadership responsibility
- Proven track record of successful lead generation campaigns
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, analytics tools, and digital marketing platforms
- Experience managing marketing budgets and teams
- Proficiency in CRM systems and marketing automation tools
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills
