Arbors Management is seeking a full-time Assistant Property Manager to support operations at one of our communities in Delmont, PA. This role assists with leasing, resident services, rent collection, and administrative duties while ensuring compliance with HUD, Section 8, and Fair Housing regulations.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing excellent customer service while maintaining accurate records and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Respond to rental inquiries and provide information about apartment availability and community policies
- Process rental applications and assist with applicant screening in accordance with company policy, HUD guidelines, and Fair Housing regulations
- Prepare and maintain accurate move-in and move-out documentation
- Assist with administration of HUD and Section 8 program requirements
- Collect and record rent payments, including current and past-due balances
- Maintain resident files and electronic records through scanning, filing, and data entry
- Assist with compliance reviews, audits, and reporting requirements
- Support resident communication and community engagement activities
- Provide administrative and operational support to the Property Manager
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with HUD or Section 8 housing programs preferred
- Experience with property management software such as RealPage, AppFolio, Yardi, or similar preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and customer service skills
- Driver’s license and reliable transportation required
