Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Event Curation & Production
- Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of property-wide events and activations.
- Support event logistics including vendor coordination, timelines, run-of-show documents, and on-site management.
- Lead the marketing and execution of at least one event from concept to completion.
Tenant Relations
- Support communication between property management, leasing, and tenants.
- Assist in coordinating tenant participation in property events and promotions.
- Help strengthen business-to-business engagement across the property.
Marketing, Public Relations & Social Media
- Assist in developing social media content calendars and campaigns.
- Support content creation including captions, photography coordination, and on-site coverage.
- Draft press releases and assist with public relations outreach.
- Track engagement metrics and assist in campaign reporting.
Community Engagement & Strategic Partnerships
- Research and identify potential community partners and brand collaborators.
- Assist in executing partnership initiatives and cross-promotions.
- Support district-wide marketing initiatives and signature programming.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, Hospitality, or related field.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Interest in events, branding, real estate, and community development.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively.
