The position has no specific degree requirement. We prefer candidates who have built something real over candidates who can describe something theoretical – products, tools, prototypes or systems they can demonstrate. Custom GPTs and agents related to personal hobbies or interests count. We welcome applicants from non-traditional backgrounds. If you fit neatly into a single job category, this is probably not the role for you.
The best version of this role a year from now: you saw a client problem no one else connected to AI, you built the tool that solved it and it changed how we work.

- Dig into research and data and turn it into strategy teams can act on;
- Work independently and embedded with agency teams, moving between strategy and execution daily
