Associate, Client Fulfillment
About the Position: The Client Fulfillment Associate is an important member of our Customer Service team, and works both internally and externally by professionally and efficiently supporting our frontline technicians, sales staff, and clients nationwide. Each associate ensures the timely and accurate fulfillment of client quotes and orders and supports our office processes to deliver seamless customer service.
Summary of Duties:
- Process purchase orders and create sales orders for chemical/material to replenish inventory or deliver directly to GWT’s clients.
- Answer GWT’s central phone number and welcome visitors to GWT’s corporate office.
- Process returns when damaged or incorrect product has been shipped out.
- Research, identify, and present solutions with suppliers and our field staff when products are backordered or when handling a complicated fulfillment request.
- Assemble basic quotes for customers and create proposal drafts for the sales department.
- Receive and store order confirmations from vendors and order tracking information. Ensure the accuracy and timely shipment of each order. Update pricing in accounting system when necessary.
- Assist with monthly mailings including, but not limited to, invoices and customer statements.
- Conduct data entry in spreadsheets with customer information for tracking purposes.
- Help organize and maintain GWT’s file sharing system.
- Assemble new customer Program Administration Manuals for distribution to the client’s location.
- Set up new customers and vendors, as well as update customer information in GWT’s customer, ordering, and inventory systems.
Qualifications
- A professional and positive customer-first mindset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Attention to detail and an obsession with accuracy
- Proficient in computer use with a solid understanding of Microsoft Office applications
- Successful completion of a background check and drug screening
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work Monday through Friday for 40 hours per week as early as 7:00am and as late as 6:30pm

Typical Experience:
Previous professional experience in a customer service or administrative support setting.
Working Location: This role is based at GWT’s corporate office in South Holland, Illinois.
