Sample Fulfillment Specialist primarily focuses on fulfilling sample orders, while also shipping Delta products to clients and partners across the globe. Sample distribution serves as an integral part of the business, helping to set quality standards and expectations as well as demonstrating variations typical of natural wood products. Key functions of this role include processing and filling orders, packaging and shipping items, as well as cutting, labeling, and stocking standard product offerings.

Duties:

• Receiving, processing, and preparing sample orders for shipment.
• Assembling, photographing, and packaging standard items to fulfill order requests.
• Recording and verifying shipping information and labeling boxes to be shipped.
• Organizing designated shelving areas for stocking and storage of standard products.
• Coordinating with inventory management to ensure product availability.
• Assisting the sample production team with various related tasks such as cutting, cleaning, labeling, and stocking samples.
• Cleaning, tidying, and organizing work areas.
• Working with others to achieve goals, participating in meetings, offering ideas and solutions.
• Product Knowledge: Staying informed and up to date with current product offerings.
• Engaging others and motivating fellow team members with a positive attitude.

1-2 years’ previous experince preferred.
