Description
- Creating quotes and invoices for patient surgical services
- Understanding and learning the CRM and patient pathways
- Creating surgical packets
- Understanding various financial platforms such as PatientFi and CareCredit
- Understanding all surgical procedures and being able to speak about them in-depth
- Knowledge of You Tube Channel/video/social media and reading materials
- Assisting the Patient Care Coordinators with consultations while providing 5-star care and service
- Scheduling of New Patient Consultations and surgical procedures
Requirements
- Associate Degree in Business/Sales, Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Background or experience in Sales or Business
- Strong Communication skills and ability to work both independently and in a group setting
- Basic knowledge of sales and business processes
- Proven time management, organizational and follow up skills
- Works well within the sales group- Team player!
- Flexible hours
Salary Description
$25-$27 per hour
