POSITION SUMMARY

This position requires strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to interact effectively both orally and in writing with internal and external customers, and a firm understanding and working knowledge of finance and accounting. This person must be capable of developing customer relations and possess good general office experience. Additionally, this person must be a self-starter and be self-directed with the ability to work well under time constraints while meeting company and customer commitments.


JOB RESPONSIBLITIES

  • Financial report and cost analysis in the development of invoice generation.
  • Interacting daily with internal functional teams to ensure accurate reporting to Customers.
  • Reviewing purchase orders and contracts in detail to assure invoicing accuracy.
  • Cost estimating.
  • Collecting data regarding man-hours, material transactions and repairs for invoicing.
  • Entering orders into Quantum and managing orders in Quantum.
  • Communicating effectively both verbally and in writing with internal and external customers.

ESSENTIAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

Education:

  • Minimum of high school diploma.

Experience:

  • This position requires a minimum of one year of relevant working experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Software to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. 
  • Prefer a basic knowledge of jet engine maintenance or parts.
  • Must have good problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand and apply analytical and statistics tools.
  • Results oriented with process and execution skills.
  • Ability to progressively improve writing, presentation, and communication skills.

Working Conditions / Environment / Special Requirements

  • Ability to work in a safe professional manner adhering to all regulatory requirements including, OSHA, EPA, FAA, DOT, and State and Federal regulations.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and different shifts if required.
  • Some travel may be required including international.
  • Employees be subject to the random drug and alcohol testing under FAA regulations.
