JOB TITLE: Sales Associate
JOB SUMMARY
This Sales Associate is responsible for generating new business opportunities, expanding our customer base, and promoting our specialized services in Sandblasting and Cerakote, Powdercoat, and Anodize coatings.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- 3+ years of proven sales experience in industrial coatings, manufacturing, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience utilizing sales methodologies, sales processes, and sales technologies
- 3+ years of previous closing experience
PREFERRED SKILLS
- Strong understanding of B2B sales strategies, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing techniques
- Proficient in CRM software, Microsoft Office Suite, and other sales tools
- Passionate about networking, building new relationships, overcoming objections, and closing business
- Familiarity with Cerakote, Powdercoat, or Anodize coatings and their applications
- Bachelor’s degree in sales, business or related field
CORE DUTIES
- Coordinate all inside and outside sales efforts
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting potential clients in targeted industries
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to promote Cerakote, Powdercoat, and Anodize coating services
- Cultivate and maintain long-lasting relationships with new and existing customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients, highlighting the quality, durability, and customization options of our coatings
- Gain in-depth knowledge of our coating services and capabilities, including Sandblast, Cerakote, Powdercoat, and Anodize, to effectively communicate the benefits and advantages of these coatings to prospective clients
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to anticipate market demands and identify new sales opportunities
- Work closely with the operations and technical teams to ensure smooth transitions from sales to project execution, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded
- Review and interpret customer drawings, specifications, and coating requirements to ensure accurate quoting and job feasibility prior to production
- Track and report on sales activity, pipeline development, and progress toward goals. Regularly update the CEO and operations director
- Other duties as assigned
HOURS
- 1st shift position
- Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Candidates that accept an offer of employment will be required to pass a background and drug screen. Candidates must also meet ATF requirements for firearm possession.
