Position Summary:

As a Special Event Valet Attendant, you will often be the first and last impression guests experience at an event. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer-focused, energetic, and able to move quickly in a fast-paced event environment. You will safely park and retrieve vehicles while providing a polished, welcoming experience for every guest.

This position primarily supports weddings and events in the Temecula Valley area, with additional opportunities at events in Escondido and nearby locations. Ideal candidates will be available for afternoon and evening shifts (typically 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM).

Key Responsibilities:

• Greeting guests warmly and provide professional valet service upon arrival.

• Safely drive, park, and retrieve guest vehicles in an efficient and careful manner.

• Handle a wide range of vehicles including luxury, electric, and manual transmission vehicles.

• Maintain a fast pace while prioritizing vehicle and guest safety.

• Properly tag vehicles and manage keys using company procedures.

• Communicate clearly with team members, supervisors, and event coordinators.

• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude throughout the event.

• Follow all company procedures, traffic laws, and event-specific protocols.

• Immediately report any vehicle damage or guest concerns to the onsite supervisor.

Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years or older.

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Comfortable driving both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).

• Strong customer service and communication skills.

• Professional appearance and dependable work ethic.

• Ability to run short distances repeatedly and work on your feet for extended periods.

• Must be available for afternoon and evening shifts (approximately 2 PM – 10 PM).

• Availability on weekends is highly preferred, as most events occur Friday–Sunday.
