HR Administrator

The Human Resources (HR) Administrator provides comprehensive human resources and administrative support for personnel assigned to the IMCS IV contract at Aberdeen Proving Grounds (APG), MD. The HR Administrator ensures compliance with federal, state, Department of Defense (DoD), and contract-specific requirements, including Service Contract Act (SCA) provisions where applicable. This position supports contract leadership by managing onboarding, personnel records, workforce compliance, security documentation coordination, and employee relations activities in alignment with IMCS IV performance requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum three (3) years of experience in human resources or administrative support.
• Knowledge of federal employment regulations and HR best practices.
• Experience supporting government contracts preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR information systems.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required security clearance.

· Meet DoD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) Code 011 requirements


Desired Qualifications

• Experience with Service Contract Act (SCA) compliance.
• Familiarity with DoD or Army installation environments.
• HR certification (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) preferred.
• Experience supporting multi-disciplinary technical workforces.


Performance Expectations

The HR Administrator is expected to ensure workforce compliance, maintain accurate and secure personnel records, support contract staffing requirements, and provide responsive HR support to IMCS IV personnel. The position plays a critical role in sustaining workforce readiness and ensuring adherence to contract and regulatory requirements at APG.
