QBE is seeking a Database Manager to support the MCCOG/MCEN mission per SOW requirements, delivering technical, operational, and engineering functions aligned with enterprise network defense and operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer, test, and implement computer databases, applying knowledge of database management systems
- Coordinate changes to computer databases.
- Plan, coordinate, and implement security measures to safeguard computer databases.
- Maintain databases within an application area, working individually or coordinating database development as part of a team.

Required Qualifications
- 10 years of professional experience administering, testing, and implementing computer databases
- Master's degree
- Secret clearance
- Ability to work onsite
- Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53 controls.
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to sit for extended periods.
- Ability to lift at least 25 lbs periodically.
- Ability to commute to the required work location daily.
Preferred certifications
DoD 8570/8140 IAM Level I certification (Security+)
IAT II (Security+ CE)
SQL Server CE
