• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting warehouse operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, packaging, and shipping products while maintaining inventory accuracy and safety standards. 

Key Responsibilities

• Receiving
• Receive inbound shipments accurately
• Verify receipts match vendor or transfer purchase orders
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies

Put Away / Stocking

• Stock incoming inventory following FIFO standards
• Verify part numbers and quantities match inventory locations

Order Picking

• Pull orders according to customer specifications
• Maintain order accuracy and inventory tracking

Packaging & Shipping

• Package orders to meet customer specifications
• Verify correct parts and quantities
• Ensure freight is rated according to company standards

Inventory Control

• Assist with cycle counts
• Stage inventory for orders and deliveries

Material Handling

• Safely operate forklifts and warehouse equipment
• Transport products throughout the warehouse

General Warehouse Duties

• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Follow all safety procedures
• Participate in cross-training as needed

Overtime: Possible with approval 

 Candidate Requirements

• 1–3 years of warehouse experience
• Forklift operation required
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive movements
• Basic math skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet daily deadlines
• Good communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred

• Computer experience
• Microsoft Office
• Shipping software or inventory systems
• Scanning and data entry experience

Education 

High School Diploma or GED 

 Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Extensive standing, walking, bending, and repetitive movement
• Work in a warehouse environment with possible exposure to heat, noise, and dirt

Dress Code

• Company shirt provided by DXP
• Nice pants or jeans (no holes)
• Hard-toed shoes required
