At CleanSlate, we are seeking a dynamic Marketing Associate to support the execution of digital marketing and demand generation initiatives. This entry-level role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to grow their career in marketing while contributing to impactful campaigns that drive brand awareness and lead generation. 

Job Summary 

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, web) 
  • Support content creation efforts including blog posts, social media graphics, and landing pages 
  • Help manage marketing tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, WordPress 
  • Conduct account research and maintain accurate data in CRM systems 
  • Collaborate with the Marketing Manager and Demand Generation Lead to optimize campaign performance 
  • Track and report on campaign metrics and KPIs 
  • Participate in team meetings and brainstorming sessions to contribute fresh ideas 
  • Support event coordination and partner marketing initiatives 
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (Apollo, Microsoft Suite)  
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills 
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment 
  • Passion for technology and innovation 
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn 
  • A proactive mindset and enthusiasm for marketing
